Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facility maintenance and service activities

• Maintain detailed records and maintenance schedules

• Ensure team coverage and proper shift assignments

• Supervise and evaluate maintenance staff performance

• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Order necessary materials and supplies

• Ensure timely completion of delegated tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of three (3) years related maintenance experience

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions

• Must be dependable and maintain regular attendance
