About the Role
The Digital & IT Associate is an entry-level information technology role supporting end users, workstations, and IT systems within a manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining reliable technology operations, assisting employees with technical needs, and ensuring IT security and compliance. The role is onsite in Troy, Indiana and requires regular physical presence.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for deskside IT support, including PCs, printers, network access, and user accounts

Support onboarding and training of new employees and contractors

Provide day-to-day, hands-on IT support for local operations

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software at a Tier 2 support level

Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution

Assist with basic server, firewall, switch, circuit, endpoint, and WiFi support

Support troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment with technical components

Drive adherence to IT security and compliance standards

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support business operations

Provide after-hours technical support as needed
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent prior experience
-
0–3 years of experience in Information Technology

Industry-recognized IT certifications preferred
Required Skills:
-
Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
-
General knowledge of IT architecture, including networks, servers, switches, ISPs, and DNS
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer-service focused mindset

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Additional Helpful Skillsets

Experience with Azure DevOps
-
Ability to write simple to complex SQL queries

Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Data Flows, and Data Marts

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
