Digital & IT Associate

We’re looking for a motivated and technically curious Digital & IT Associate to support local IT operations at our Troy, Indiana facility. This is an on-site role supporting Tier 2 helpdesk and infrastructure needs, including troubleshooting workstations, networking components, and manufacturing equipment. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth digital operations in a high-tech aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for deskside support (hardware, software, accounts, and printers).

• Provide onboarding and technical training for new employees and contractors.

• Manage local day-to-day troubleshooting for workstations, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and endpoints.

• Support manufacturing equipment technical needs and system uptime.

• Uphold IT security compliance and assist in audits.

• Track and resolve tickets using the ServiceNow platform.

• Contribute to projects involving Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or working toward one).

• Minimum 1 year of IT experience; certifications are a plus.

• Knowledge of basic networking (servers, DNS, firewalls, switches).

• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Power BI is a bonus.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Customer service mindset with a passion for solving problems.

• Ability to provide after-hours technical support as needed.
