Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide supports the kitchen and dining team by ensuring residents receive nutritious, well-prepared meals in a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role involves assisting with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, professional service to residents during mealtimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve visually appealing and nutritious meals

• Assist in meal preparation and portioning based on dietary needs

• Set up trays, food carts, and dining areas for service

• Deliver and collect meal trays in a timely manner

• Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and store supplies properly

• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash

• Provide courteous, professional service to residents during meals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
