Delivery Specialist

Join the O’Reilly Auto Parts team as a Delivery Specialist and become a key part of our customer-focused operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and enjoy being on the move. You’ll be responsible for delivering parts and products to customers in a safe and timely manner, handling returns, and supporting basic store duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts and products to customers

• Use hand-held devices to complete deliveries, vehicle inspections, and capture customer signatures

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of delivery vehicles; report any maintenance issues or damage

• Secure all delivery-related materials including vehicle keys, credit cards, and collected monies

• Pick up customer returns such as new, warranty, or core parts and complete related paperwork

• Assist with in-store tasks such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and cashiering when needed

• Communicate customer needs or concerns with store management

• Comply with company policies including clocking in/out and vehicle inspections

Qualifications
Required:

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record per company standards

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to quickly and accurately match alphanumeric sequences

• Ability to adapt to changing delivery situations

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish highly desirable)

• Experience in automotive parts and/or retail delivery

• Familiarity with light equipment used in store operations
