About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will create a positive first impression for clients while supporting their everyday banking needs. This position offers hands-on experience in banking, insurance, and wealth management—ideal for someone seeking growth within the financial services industry. You’ll work directly with customers, support branch operations, and help guide clients through important financial decisions with professionalism and care.

This part-time position requires 25 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.


Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, face-to-face service to clients as they enter the branch

  • Manage a cash drawer and support daily banking transactions

  • Assist clients by verifying account information, processing deposits and loan transactions, and connecting them to additional services

  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to uncover needs and offer solutions

  • Support teammates by contributing to a smooth and efficient branch environment

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times

  • Listen actively to understand client needs

  • Identify opportunities to better serve customers and strengthen long-term relationships

  • Bring a willingness to learn—no banking experience required

  • Cash-handling experience


Qualifications

  • Ability to work scheduled part-time hours, including some Saturdays
