As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the welcoming face of German American Bank, helping clients with their financial needs in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide personalized service for their banking needs.

• Manage a cash drawer and process loan and deposit transactions accurately.

• Verify account information and assist clients with product or service questions.

• Uncover customer needs and educate them about German American products and services.

• Collaborate with team members and support the overall success of the branch.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships through meaningful, trust-based conversations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Skills & Traits: Strong customer service, communication, and confidentiality skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude required.

• Experience: Customer service or cash-handling experience preferred. Bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
