Customer Service Specialist

As a PT Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Tell City branch, helping clients navigate their everyday banking needs with confidence and care. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and is eager to learn more about banking, insurance, and wealth management. Your schedule will include Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work directly with clients each day, managing a cash drawer, assisting with deposit and loan transactions, and verifying account information. You’ll uncover customer needs, offer guidance, and educate clients on German American products and services. Through friendly conversations and genuine care, you will help strengthen long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, you must maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly, and actively listen to understand customer needs. We will provide the training you need—though experience in customer service, multilingual skills, or prior cash-handling experience are all valuable bonuses.
