Customer Service Specialist

As the first point of contact for clients, the Customer Service Specialist greets customers warmly, assists with their banking needs, and educates them on products and services. Responsibilities include managing a cash drawer, handling loan and deposit transactions, verifying account information, and connecting customers with the right resources. This role is ideal for individuals who value confidentiality, have strong listening skills, and enjoy engaging in meaningful customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person at the branch

• Manage a cash drawer and perform loan and deposit transactions

• Verify account information and process customer requests

• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services

• Engage in friendly, professional conversations to guide clients to the right solutions

Qualifications

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Willingness to learn banking systems and processes (training provided)
