As a Customer Service Representative at Home Mutual Insurance, you’ll play a vital role in assisting customers with their inquiries while providing essential support to agents. This full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday, requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support to insurance agents.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, including managing customer accounts and processing documentation.
