The Customer Experience Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with insurance programs, account updates, billing inquiries, and claim submissions. This role also supports cross-selling opportunities and ensures customers fully understand the benefits of Farm Bureau discounts.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to explain and apply discount programs.

Resolve issues related to insurance programs and discounts.

Reach out to clients, set appointments, and cross-sell relevant services.

Handle incoming calls, answer customer questions, and collect payments.

Set up billing accounts and process simple billing requests.

Submit claims paperwork to claims representatives.

Provide proof of insurance and other requested documents.
-
Support Indiana Farm Bureau Health Plan inquiries as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
-
High School diploma or GED required.
-
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; insurance experience preferred.

Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within one year).

Knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs, or ability to learn quickly.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency with both Android and Apple devices.
-
Patience and professionalism in guiding customers through technology.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
