Parker Aerospace is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Troy, Indiana. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and communication between departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier service, managing ERP entries, preparing quotes, and contributing to production forecasts. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries by phone and email

Enter and manage purchase orders in the ERP system (SAP)

Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and order documentation

Monitor and update customer portals with pricing, lead times, and delivery details
-
Work closely with internal departments to gather information for pricing, production lead times, and issue resolution

Track internal and external customer scorecards and performance metrics
-
Assist in forecasting demand and updating business systems like Salesforce/CRM
-
Resolve customer concerns related to delivery, warranty, or quantity in coordination with relevant departments

Attend cross-functional meetings and contribute to efficient production planning and customer communication
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
-
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP preferred
-
Familiarity with industry compliance and documentation (FAR, DFARS, etc.) a plus
