About the Role:
As a Cook, you’ll prepare a variety of meals with creativity and care, helping to create memorable dining experiences for our residents. You’ll be part of a team that brings warmth, flavor, and hospitality to every meal—without the late-night restaurant hours!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep, cook, and serve meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements

• Adjust recipes to accommodate residents’ nutritional and age-specific needs

• Work collaboratively to ensure meals are served on time and up to Trilogy’s high standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and prevent foodborne illnesses

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Preferably 1 year of food service industry experience

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Willingness to learn and passion for creating great dining experiences
