Concrete Polishing Technician

About the Role

As a Concrete Polishing Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality finished concrete surfaces for a variety of projects. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete polishing machines and related equipment to achieve desired surface finishes

• Perform detailed finishing work using hand tools

• Polish and restore concrete surfaces to ensure smooth, high-quality results

• Assist with surface restoration techniques to enhance durability and appearance

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety guidelines and job site protocols

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing, concrete finishing, epoxy flooring, or related construction work preferred

• Familiarity with concrete grinders and finishing equipment is a plus

• Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment

• Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform manual labor for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to job sites
