Parker Aerospace is looking for a Senior CMM Quality Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Troy, Indiana. This position plays a key role in ensuring the precision and accuracy of aerospace components by performing complex inspections and creating CMM programs using PC-DMIS and Measure Max. The successful candidate will bring strong metrology experience, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality standards like AS9100 and ISO9000.
Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS (CAD++) and Measure Max

Perform detailed layouts, first article inspections, and in-process inspections

Analyze and interpret GD&T and inspection results

Operate measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges

Record and maintain inspection data and documentation

Train and mentor new hires and assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including suppliers and internal quality groups

Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and participate in special studies
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred

4+ years of related experience in quality inspection or CMM programming
-
Proficiency with CMM software: PC-DMIS and Measure Max
-
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9000 standards preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
-
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Work Schedule:

Full-time, day shift

May require occasional weekends or extended hours depending on production needs
