Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care that enriches the lives of residents and supports their physical and emotional well-being. Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you’ll help create a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care

• Support licensed nursing staff with direct care tasks

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment

• Help maintain residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Follow care plans, communicate observations, and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification in good standing with the State of Indiana

• Must maintain certification throughout employment

• No findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation on the state registry
