Certified Nursing Assistant Restorative

As a Restorative CNA – Wellness Instructor at Aegis Therapies in Tell City, IN, you’ll be a vital member of the rehabilitation team, working closely with therapists to deliver restorative care and wellness services. Your primary focus will be helping patients improve their mobility, independence, and overall well-being through structured restorative and exercise programs. This PRN position is ideal for certified nursing assistants who enjoy one-on-one interaction and making a daily impact on seniors’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with restorative therapy programs such as ambulation, transfer training, range of motion, and grooming.

• Work under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation and therapy team.

• Deliver wellness programming through EnerG® by Aegis, promoting the seven dimensions of wellness.

• Document and track patient participation and outcomes.

• Receive on-site training in restorative care (no prior restorative experience needed).

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.

• Background or interest in exercise, wellness, or senior care preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with older adults.

• Specialty certification in fitness/wellness a plus but not required.
