Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support the medical staff at our Tell City Clinic in Tell City, IN. This full-time, on-site role involves direct patient care, phlebotomy, and close coordination with physicians and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction. You’ll be an integral part of our clinical team, supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional care to the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical and administrative duties including phlebotomy

• Support physicians and hospital staff with patient care needs

• Demonstrate strong customer service in patient interactions

• Accurately document and manage patient records

• Assist with lifting and moving equipment and patients as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• BLS certification required

• Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required

• At least three years of experience as a CMA and/or phlebotomist preferred

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and written/verbal communication skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
