Cafeteria Cook

William Tell Elementary School is seeking a reliable and energetic Cafeteria Cook to join our food services team. This position plays an essential role in preparing and serving meals to students, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafeteria environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and nutritional guidelines

• Serve food efficiently and safely to students and staff

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food prep areas

• Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous food service experience is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Must pass required background checks and meet school employment standards
