We’re looking for a passionate, service-driven Associate Member Advisor to help create meaningful experiences for our members in Tell City, Chrisney, and occasionally Jasper and French Lick.

About the Role:
As an Associate Member Advisor (AMA), you’ll be a key contributor to our mission of improving our members’ lives through trusted financial solutions. This role involves more than just completing transactions—it’s about building relationships, delivering personalized service, and being a reliable resource for financial guidance. You’ll assist members with a wide range of banking needs including account transactions, service inquiries, and recommending products that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver service that reflects Hoosier Hills Credit Union’s mission and values

• Handle daily transactions and account maintenance accurately and professionally

• Build strong member relationships by identifying and meeting financial needs

• Promote and cross-sell relevant credit union products and services

• Assist with digital banking, card services, wire transfers, and more

• Adhere to all security, compliance, and operational standards

• Collaborate with team members to support a positive, solution-focused environment

• Continue developing your skills and financial service knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably involving cash handling

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A professional, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to analyze and resolve member issues effectively

• Reliable transportation to float between branches in the Southern Region
