About the Role

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will serve as an essential member of the Sales & Growth Team, working closely with the Director of Sales to help meet campus census and revenue goals. You’ll play a key role in welcoming new residents, ensuring they and their families experience a smooth, informed transition into the campus. This role combines customer service, communication, and administrative support in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve lead and lease conversion targets for the health center and senior living areas.

  • Complete and manage preadmission, admission, transfer paperwork, and insurance verification/precertification.

  • Respond promptly to all inquiries, referrals, and leads, accurately entering data into the CRM system.

  • Communicate admission and move-in updates with campus leaders and all relevant team members.

  • Assist with organizing and executing on-campus and community marketing events.

  • Ensure campus spaces—model apartments, available rooms, common areas, and grounds—are staged and aligned with Trilogy’s marketing standards.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, solutions-driven approach
