Addiction Recovery Specialist

Centurion is seeking a dedicated Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our healthcare team at Branchville Correctional Facility in Branchville, Indiana. In this role, you will support incarcerated individuals in their journey to recovery through group counseling, addiction education, and outpatient substance abuse treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate substance abuse education and recovery groups

• Deliver outpatient addiction counseling and treatment services

• Collaborate with healthcare and security teams to support patient recovery goals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment services

• Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment

Work Schedule

• Full-time days: Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required

• Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant II (CADAC II+), LAC, LAC-A, or LSW — or ability to obtain within 24 months

• Current CPR, First Aid, BLS, and AED certification (or ability to obtain)

• Must pass background check and obtain security clearance
