Hollinden Realty was founded in March of 1969 by Jim and Mary Ann Hollinden.  Over the years the company has specialized in real estate and construction, resulting in providing and sourcing housing needs for Tell City residents and those in surrounding communities.  A family-owned business, Hollinden Realty is now managed by second-generation broker, Tony Hollinden.  In honor of the more than 50 years of successfully serving the community’s real estate needs, Hollinden Realty has been named as the 2019 Schweizer Fest Business of the Year.
To honor its many years of service, Hollinden Realty will be recognized in the wine garden area located on the southwest corner of City Hall Park.  Following the formal recognition, the Perry County Chamber of Commerce will host a reception in the business’ honor.  Hors-d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.  Tickets are $15 per person and $25 per couple.  ID is required.
