Cannelton has partnered with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and the USDA Rural Development Office for funding to improve wastewater treatment and better protect the environment.
The groundbreaking ceremony has been moved to March 4 at 10:30 am.
The location will be at 300 Herschel. Lieutenant Governor of Indiana, Suzanne Crouch will still be in attendance.
