This is a 3-4 nautical mile paddle.
📍 We will be launching from the boat ramp off of HWY 545 in Troy, IN and paddling towards the Ohio River (weather and water levels permitting)
PLEASE BE PREPARED!
Things you’ll need:
-kayak or canoe
(please do not show up with just a pool noodle – that’s not safe)
-paddle(s)
-PFD (non-negotiable)
-bug spray
-sunscreen
-hat
-snacks
-hydration
-jacket if you get cold easily
-extra change of clothes (extra pair of socks!) just in case
-water shoes
-water proof bag
-towel
-most importantly, a sense of adventure
