As a Truck Driver, you will operate a dump truck to transport and unload materials safely and efficiently. This position requires responsibility, attention to detail, and compliance with DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect truck equipment (tires, lights, brakes, fluid levels, etc.).
• Drive in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
• Independently make decisions based on road and job conditions.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper working order.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Comply with DOT rules and regulations, including weight limits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class B CDL license required.
• Must pass DOT physical and substance test.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must have good vision (close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception).

Work Environment

• Regular exposure to vibration, moving parts, fumes, and outdoor weather conditions.
• Occasional work in high, precarious places.
• Moderate noise level.
