About the Role

As a Transit Driver at Ride Solution, a division of Four Rivers Resource Services, you’ll be responsible for transporting individuals to vital appointments and locations throughout the Tell City area. This position plays a key role in improving mobility and independence for riders—including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those without reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a transit vehicle on designated routes

• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and exiting when needed

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

• Maintain accurate trip logs and follow schedules

• Create a friendly and respectful experience for all riders

• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

• Must obtain an Operator’s License with a “For Hire” endorsement

• Valid Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and provide great customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous driving experience is a plus
