About the Role

As a Training Generalist at ATTC Manufacturing, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. Your primary responsibilities include planning and delivering training programs, conducting testing and evaluations, and identifying learning opportunities by observing team members in action on the production floor. You’ll work closely with all levels of the organization and support both new hire onboarding and ongoing employee development.

This position requires flexibility, including periodic second-shift coverage and occasional travel to our Jeffersonville, IN facility. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing setting and is passionate about empowering others through effective instruction and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training, testing, and evaluation of team members in a manufacturing setting

• Assist in developing, updating, and delivering training materials for new hire orientation, on-the-job training, and refresher sessions

• Identify employee training needs through direct observation and communication

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation

• Collaborate across departments to ensure training aligns with operational goals and safety standards

• Build positive relationships with team members to foster learning and growth

• Occasionally support second shift and travel to Jeffersonville, IN as needed

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 1–2 years of experience in training or workforce development, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills

• Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver clear presentations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Adaptability to change and the ability to motivate team members in a positive, encouraging way
