As a Team Member, you will be the face of our organization, providing WOW service to every customer. Your primary responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all company policies are followed. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Answer questions about menu items and provide suggestions through suggestive selling.
• Record and process customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Assemble food and beverages in trays or takeout bags.
• Serve cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts.
• Handle customer payments and provide assistance with questions or complaints.
• Retrieve raw food stock and place it at the appropriate station for preparation.
• Assist in preparing food following company procedures.
• Maintain clean and orderly eating and serving areas.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• No prior experience required; high school diploma preferred but not necessary.

Skills:

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, particularly in handling cash and making change.
• Strong reasoning ability to follow instructions and adapt to standard procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Exposure to high heat from grills and fryers, as well as cooking oils and other materials used in food preparation.

Work Environment

• Moderate noise level typical of a restaurant setting.
• Fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere.

Age Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older. Exceptions require authorization by VPO and HR.
