As a Stocking Associate, you will play a critical role in keeping our shelves stocked and our backroom organized. Your primary responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking new inventory, and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts when required. This role requires the ability to lift heavy objects (over 50 pounds) and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload freight from delivery trucks and organize items in the backroom.
• Stock shelves with new inventory while maintaining proper placement and organization.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.

Hourly Wage and Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $20 – $30 per hour (dependent on location and experience).
• Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• Premium Pay: Additional compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, season, facility, or specific work performed.
