Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) is seeking a full-time Service Technician to support the Housing Program in Perry County, with occasional assistance at additional housing locations as needed. Working 35 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, you will play an essential role in maintaining housing units, supporting residents, and ensuring properties remain safe and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone skilled in general maintenance, who enjoys hands-on work, and who can communicate effectively with tenants and the public.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Perform grounds maintenance to keep properties clean and safe

Clean, prepare, and refresh units for new tenants
-
Assist with light plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks

Complete minor repairs and general building maintenance
-
Communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, and the public
-
Support additional housing locations as needed
This position requires someone dependable, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience or training in residential maintenance or grounds work preferred

Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required

Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of the area

Must pass all required background checks

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with the public
