As a Part-Time Third Key at Factory Connection, you’ll assist with store operations, merchandising, and sales while ensuring excellent customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with retail experience and leadership skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales.
• Support store merchandising and maintain visual displays.
• Assist in supervisory tasks, including store operations and team support.
• Promote Factory Connection’s brand and fashion offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales and merchandising skills.
• Upbeat, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
• Ability to relocate to Tell City, IN before starting work.
