As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a key role in delivering patient-centered care in accordance with physician directives and nursing standards. Under the supervision of nursing leadership, you’ll help enrich the lives of residents while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and compassionate care environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under physician orders and supervisor direction

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all regulatory standards

• Support and guide other nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

• Must be in good standing with the state board and have no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and a team-oriented mindset
