As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Baylor Program, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents under the direction of a supervisor and in accordance with physician orders and clinical standards. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and supervise clinical duties in accordance with resident care plans and nursing standards

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident health conditions and report changes to physicians and supervisors

• Document care accurately and in a timely manner

• Support care team collaboration for quality resident outcomes

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including health and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice

• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

• Good standing with the state board and free from findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation

• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
