About the Role:
As an RN at Trilogy, you won’t just perform clinical tasks—you’ll be an advocate, a listener, and a comforting presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized care plans based on resident needs and observations

• Administer medications and document all care activities with precision

• Respond promptly and confidently to medical emergencies, even in the absence of a physician

• Advocate for residents, ensuring we go above and beyond their expectations daily

• Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for residents and families

• Ensure compliance with all applicable nursing regulations and long-term care guidelines

What You’ll Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college or university

• Valid RN license in the state of Indiana

• Current CPR certification

• Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and resident rights

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time

• All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
