Key Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress and provide input on adjustments to treatment plans.
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collect and record data on behaviors and progress to inform treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with BCBA and team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Assist in training parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for individuals receiving therapy.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- Starting salary: $20 per hour (based on experience and certification).
