Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Conduct regular assessments to track progress and provide input on adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Collect and record data on behaviors and progress to inform treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with BCBA and team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Assist in training parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for individuals receiving therapy.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
