The Stock Handler plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient production by ensuring raw materials and supplies are readily available. This position is responsible for pulling stock, organizing inventory, and assisting with the put-away process. The role requires a high level of organization, time management, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Stock Pulling:
- Verify that all production lines are stocked for the morning schedule.
- Pull parts as required using the Bill of Materials (BOM) and finished goods report.
- Utilize a handheld scanner to locate stock, ensuring the oldest inventory is used first.
- Deliver stock within 15 minutes of request from line leaders, ensuring proper staging.

Put-Away Process:
- Assist in unloading incoming stock and verifying packing lists for accuracy.
- Communicate any discrepancies to the Supervisor for resolution.
- Stage products in designated areas and ensure all incoming stock is properly stored before leaving at the end of the shift.

General Expectations:
- Prioritize stock delivery to keep production running efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including stocking locations and aisles.
- Support physical inventory counts and assist with incoming inspections.
- Follow all safety protocols, ensuring proper handling of materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and safely operate a forklift.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory rotation and stock management.
- Must be reliable and punctual during scheduled work hours.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
