As a Ready Mix Intern, you will work with a vertically integrated company and gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the ready mix division, including customer service, sales, quality control, data analytics, and plant operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the customer service department by answering calls and assisting customers.
• Assist the sales department with tasks to enhance client relationships and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure product standards.
• Work with data analytics teams to interpret and utilize operational data effectively.
• Participate in plant operations to understand production processes and logistics.

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical documents, write reports, and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations and analyze data using rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to non-standardized situations.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate effectively.
• Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
