As a Qualified Medication Aide, you play an essential role in supporting resident health and wellness. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will safely administer prescribed medications and ensure accurate documentation. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented team player who wants to make a meaningful impact in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Set up, administer, and document prescribed medications according to state regulations

  • Work under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel

  • Support residents with care needs as appropriate

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

  • Communicate observations clearly and follow care protocols

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in the State of Indiana

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing

  • No findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation on the state registry

  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to resident-centered care
