Production Technician

As a Production Team Member at ATTC Manufacturing, you will play a vital role in operating machinery, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks as directed by the production supervisor

• Operate and maintain production machinery following standardized procedures

• Inspect products using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and go/no-go gauges to ensure they meet specifications

• Pack finished goods accurately and track hourly production results

• Identify, contain, and report non-conforming parts following stop-call-wait protocol

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and participate in regular machine inspections

• Support team goals by being flexible with work assignments and shift requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions

• Good communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends

• Ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and lift parts to chest height

• Able to stand for extended periods and bend as needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
