About the Role
As a Production Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling aerospace components using a variety of hand tools, machines, and inspection methods. Working under minimal supervision, this position supports high-quality production standards while following company policies, safety procedures, and customer specifications. This is an afternoon shift role, ideal for individuals seeking consistent weekday hours.
Shift Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Additional hours, nights, or weekends may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Perform complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations following company procedures

Operate machines and hand tools safely and efficiently

Inspect your own work and others’ work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
-
Apply process specifications within assigned production cells
-
Record production time and quantity data accurately
-
Assist with training and support tasks in other production areas as needed
-
Actively demonstrate and comply with all safety policies and procedures

Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience preferred
-
1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience
Skills & Abilities:
-
Ability to perform complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly work
-
Strong problem-solving skills for atypical or non-routine situations
-
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and manufacturing documents
-
Good manual dexterity for working with small parts
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
-
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
-
Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the duration of the shift
