Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber in residential and commercial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments.
• Current plumbing license and certifications as required by local regulations (preferred).

Pay and Benefits

• Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
