As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at DaVita, you will play a critical role in delivering direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. With extensive paid training, you will gain the skills needed to monitor dialysis treatments, support patients, and work alongside a dedicated care team of nurses, dietitians, and social workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care throughout dialysis treatment.
- Monitor patient vitals, dialysis machines, and treatment progress.
- Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.
- Build long-term relationships with patients receiving treatment three times per week.
- Work closely with a cross-functional clinical team, under RN supervision.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
- Comfort working around blood and needles.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Healthcare experience a plus, including:
- BONENT Certified
- Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Phlebotomy certification
