William Tell Elementary School is hiring a part-time staff member to assist with students in our after-school On Target program. This position plays an essential role in supporting student learning, fostering social development, and ensuring a structured environment from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on school days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with students in various after-school activities.
• Provide assistance with homework, reading, and other learning tasks.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel supported.
• Ensure student safety and follow school policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage student behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
• Must pass a background check and meet school district employment requirements.
