Merchandiser

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Troy, IN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for stocking, rotating, and merchandising products in retail accounts, while ensuring high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction. You’ll also help maintain displays, deliver product, and place POS (Point of Sale) materials as needed. This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $17.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Servicing:

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products in licensed retail outlets

• Deliver and unload product at assigned accounts

• Create and maintain positive relationships with retail customers

• Honor all professional and personal commitments with customers

Merchandising & Quality Assurance:

• Merchandise shelves, coolers, displays, backrooms, and sales floors

• Build and maintain product displays with appropriate POS materials

• Rotate inventory according to company Quality Assurance guidelines

• Follow all product movement and rotation policies

Related Duties:

• Communicate with sales teams to support account strategies and promotions

• Maintain an organized vehicle with adequate POS materials

• Drive safely and comply with DOT and company policies

• Report any vehicle damage or maintenance needs promptly

• Keep vehicle clean and professional in appearance

• Attend meetings and trainings as required

• Report competitive activity to supervisor

• Follow all company policies and safety standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Part-time

• On-the-road position with a flexible schedule depending on store needs

Work Location:

• Primarily on the road, visiting retail store locations in and around Troy, IN
