LifeSpring Health Systems is currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our Tell City, Indiana office. About the Role:
You will provide individual therapy to adult clients managing mental health and/or substance use disorders. Working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain electronic documentation as part of delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care

• Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required

• Licensed or license-eligible in Indiana: LSW/CSW, LMHCa, or LMFTa

• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Experience with mental health and/or substance use clients preferred

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Day shift

• Hybrid telehealth/in-person options available
