As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centered care to residents. Under the direction of a supervisor and within physician orders, you will support daily nursing operations and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. This role is ideal for a compassionate team-player who values meaningful connections and thrives in a supportive long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide nursing care under the direction of supervisory staff

  • Follow physician orders and established nursing standards

  • Support resident well-being through timely assessments and care interventions

  • Communicate observations and updates clearly to nursing and medical staff

  • Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulations

  • Foster a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

Qualifications

  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)

  • License in good standing with no findings related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation

  • Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and a commitment to resident-centered care
