As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or clinical supervisor. You’ll assist with administering treatments, monitoring patient health, and supporting residents with their daily medical needs. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse who is passionate about patient-centered care and wants to grow professionally in a collaborative healthcare setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care according to physician instructions and care plans

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to supervisors

  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed

  • Document patient information accurately and timely

  • Maintain compliance with nursing standards and state regulations

  • Promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff


Qualifications

  • Active and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice

  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

  • In good standing with the state registry, with no history of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
