IT Assistant Manager

ATTC Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Assistant Manager to lead our Information Technology operations primarily at our Tell City, Indiana facility. This full-time position plays a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, supervising staff, managing cybersecurity, and ensuring efficient support across the organization. While based in Tell City, occasional travel to our Jeffersonville, IN facility is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems and networks

• Supervise IT team members and provide strategic direction on projects

• Manage software systems and hardware lifecycle, ensuring uptime and system security

• Monitor and manage IT budget and departmental goals

• Serve as the point of contact for leadership on IT matters

• Provide technical support and training to staff

• Lead planning and execution of IT initiatives and upgrades

• Maintain documentation and system integrity across both locations

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory/management role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted)

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus

• Proficient in the following technologies:

  • Windows Server (2012 R2–2022), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Intune

  • Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP

  • Networking: VLANs, Layer 2/3 switches, Site-to-Site VPNs

  • Cisco firewalls/routers, Ubiquiti gear

  • Hikvision camera systems (preferred)

  • Avaya phone systems (preferred)

  • Barracuda backup/content filtering (preferred)

Schedule & Location:

• Monday to Friday

• Based at Tell City, IN with occasional day travel to Jeffersonville, IN

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: $83,000 – $90,000 per year
