Role Overview

As a General Foundry Production Worker, you will be assigned to a production or service department where you will train and develop the necessary skills to advance within the company. This entry-level role is considered heavy industrial work, requiring repetitive tasks, night shifts, weekend work, and mandatory overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete safety training and comply with all departmental safety policies.
  • Follow process control documents and work instructions.
  • Participate in 6-S housekeeping and safety programs.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Certification.
  • Maintain a work pace consistent with company production goals.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate hand tools, machines, and other equipment.
  • Visually inspect products for quality and defects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Solid work history with strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including night shifts and mandatory overtime.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
