As a Customer Service Specialist at German American Bank, you’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our Rivergate branch in Tell City, IN. Your primary focus will be providing friendly, efficient, and accurate assistance to clients, including managing transactions and guiding them through the bank’s products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with deposits, withdrawals, and loan transactions.
• Maintain and balance a personal cash drawer.
• Educate customers on bank products and services to uncover and meet their financial needs.
• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and security procedures.
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications
